MLS Partnership Portal
A Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a suite of services real estate brokers representing sellers, use to widely share information about properties with other brokers.
Homes.com established the MLS Partner Network program for local real estate professionals to connect with active buyers and sellers. MLS Network partners receive listing feeds directly from the MLS boards ensuring accurate listing data, leads generations, a Homes.com profile, and tools to manage leads and online presence.
Goal
Add a new subdomain site to Homes.com, allowing brokers & agents the ability to locate their affiliated MLS Boards and opt-in to become a preferred MLS partner.
Brokers and agents can search by state name for their specific MLS Board’s profile page. Each profile gives direct access to the MLS requirements that outline all additional information or, any specific instructions, and/or forms the board may require to access the listings data.

The design team provided prototypes and design files through Figma to build the landing page. The design files illustrated the use of colors, font size, font family, and SVGs. The prototypes demonstrated UI interactions and page transitions.
Landing Page
The landing page is divided into five sections.
MLS Partner Link: A list of links for each of the MLS Partners that Homes.com has a relationship with, organized by state.
Location Map: Displays the locations of each of the boards listed on the map.
Homes.com MLS Partner Network: A display of logos from the Gold & Platinum Level MLS Partners who have an affiliation with Home.com.
Partner Benefits: The benefits a user may experience through partnering with Homes.com.
Partner Information: Information about the Homes.com MLS Partner Network.
Detail Page
The details page provides instructions on how the user can obtain instructions on how to opt-in and obtain listings data from their MLS Board. The page is divided into four different sections; General Info, Contact Info, Instructions, and a contact form.
